The job resume is not a document about your history, the job resume is your business card and it can open the opportunity to speak with the people inside the targeted organization. Each salesman can confirm, the first contact and the first visit in the organization is the most difficult moment in the selling process. The job resume is the first thing the HR Recruiter sees and make his or her decision about the next step in the process – put the job resume to the bin or invite the person behind this job resume for the job interview.

The job resume is very important and it has to clearly show your personality, your skills and competencies learned during your professional career. The job resume has to provide all the necessary information and the job resume should not be more than one page of the paper. The shorter the job resume is, the better chance for the job interview you have.

  3. What kind of job tasks you like?
  4. What kind of job tasks you do not like?
  5. What makes you better job candidate among other people?
  6. How would you describe your personality?

These questions are not useless. The answers should provide the right shape for your job resume. The job resume needs a clear story, which is behind each individual word in the job resume. The job resume does not offer a lot of space, so you have to make priorities and you have to select just the most important moments from your life and career to show as the examples how suitable person for the new job you are.

The job resume cannot be written within minutes, the really successful job resume is result of many hours of thinking, writing and rewriting. But the really successful job resume brings a result – new excellent job.
