The recruitment process is always seen as the shopping window of the organization. Generally, the fast recruitment is very important, but the correct recruitment and staffing process is even more important for the success of the organization.

The organization has always to make a choice in the recruitment. The recruitment and staffing process can be quick or the process can be perfect in delivery of the best candidates. But there is no organization, which can have both at the same time. Or you can have a quick and perfect recruitment and staffing process, but it is very expensive.

The organization and the HRM Function have to decide about their recruitment and staffing approach. But, many organizations try to reach both goals and they simply fail in their effort.
