Plan, Change, Implement and Communicate!

It is pretty sad, many of us have to go through the same experience. And have no lessons learned from it.

How many times did you have an excellent idea how to improve your business or work? And how many times did you fail to implement it just because of the simple mistake in the implementation and change management process - you forgot to communicate with the main stake-holders about the whole idea and the progress?

In HRM Management this happen almost daily. A good idea, but not communicated with the line management, leads to the complete failure as the HRM Function does not understand to its HR Roles it plays in the organization.

Building the strong and responsible HRM Function does not mean to build the new function without the interaction with the line management. Without the involvement and buy-in from the line management the effort of the HRM Function has to fail as the internal customer will not accept the solution.

When you evaluate the final result, you can always hear one thing - we had no time to communicate our solution. Do not hurry, communicate and implement slowly. You will succeed and the line management will be happy with your job.
