Why HR Role changes?

The Strategic Partnership (sometimes called as Strategic Partnering) is a modern imperative to the HRM Management. The term is not new, it is not a revolution in Human Resources. The Strategic Partnership is an evolution and the trend of the management of Human Resources. The Strategic Partnership is a new HR Role and many HR Professionals must get used to it.

The Strategic Partnering is an answer of HRM to the requests from the Business Leaders. The Business Leaders see the growing competition on the market and they know the right answer to the competing organizations.

HR Role changes 

The Business Leaders were finding for the correct answer and finally - they got it. The people working in the company can be the right answer to the competition on the market. But - for a good care about the human capital in the organization - they need a completely new function - strategic Human Resources.

The Strategic Partnering and changed HR Role would not be able without a common interest in the better care of the human capital. The Business Leaders helped the HRM function to start building a completely new approach, which can result in the better position of the organization on the market.
