HR Front Office or HR Front End is one of the three main departments in the HRM Function. The HR Front Office is the sales person of the HRM Function to bring the requests, sell the products and negotiate the conditions.

The HR Front Office is a special sales force in the organization. It sells the products mainly to internal customers and the task is to understand the client needs and the HRM Strategy.

The HR Front Office is not an easy place to exist in the organization. The employees in the HR Front Office have to be stress resistant, clever and they need to be real HRM Professionals.
