The HR Recruiters are pretty lazy people, when it comes to proper selection of the recruitment sources. When they find the Internet based recruitment works fine, they try to put all the vacancies on the Internet and not to utilize other recruitment sources.

I was playing with PowerPoint for several minutes as I wanted to try the ability of Wordpress to have the Download Section.

The recession is a bad time for doing business and to meet the targets. A lot of companies have to disappear and many companies are not ready to use the recession as the best opportunity to grow.

The recruitment roles and responsibilities have to be clearly described in the organization as the recruitment process flows smoothly and without mess. The HRM Function tends to take more recruitment roles and responsibilities usually, driven by the wish to provide a good service to managers.
The company needs to have enough workforces to secure its stable and sustainable growth. The HRM Function has to conduct regular analysis of the job market potential to make sure, the location of the company is not a limiting factor for the growth.
It is quite common question – which steps are the most important in the recruitment and selection process. Many HR Professionals believe the most important step in the recruitment and selection process is the job interview, but in reality, the job interview is just a small step in the whole hiring process.
The Job Resume is not just a business card of the job candidate, the job resume is a story about the life. The HR Recruiter is focused mainly on the facts from the life, but the emotions should not be left behind.
