The leadership is easier in difficult time. It is true as the people look for the lighthouse to be followed. The leaders have to demonstrate their willingness to overcome any potential risk, danger and difficult decision.

The corporate culture is emotional part of the organization. The high performance corporate culture is not described in any internal document or policy, which is compulsory to be read by the employees. The corporate culture is spoken and it is purely emotional.
The level of the HR Management is always the issue in the companies. The HRM Function is perceived as the function with no direct connection on the business results and the business leaders do no take the HRM Function seriously usually.
Each manager loves to be seen as a leader. The leader is something extra, with a lot of the extra cash in the pocket. That is true, but not every manager can be a leader. Smart and empty sentences told during the presentations are not enough to become a real leader.
