The employees have to get the chance to tell their personal worries to someone in the organization. The HRM Function should communicate its role to employees and the HRM Professionals should listen to the employees and make the general report for the top management.

The top management can make the leadership decisions, but they need proper information from their subordinates. The HRM Function can play the role of the voice of the employees.
