The HRM Function is responsible for the correct job design in the organization. The job design can be seen as a very administrative task from managers, but when the HRM Function facilitate properly the whole job design process, the results are amazing and the managers use the results as the basis for their managerial decision in the team and the structure of the team.

- How to make the job profiles attractive and not boring?
- How to make the workload balanced in the whole team?

The managers do not like to spend their expensive time on the boring tasks in the job design. But, when the HRM Function is experienced enough to provide a guidance through the whole job design process and the job design best practice from other department, the result is really amazing and the manager will use it as a basis for the managerial daily job.
