The job resume has its structure, but the job candidate provides the content. The HR Recruiter should not be focused just on the facts as the company is not just about the performance, but it is also about the corporate culture.
The HR Recruiter prefers the candidate with the best career record on his or her job resume, but the company wants more. The HR Recruiter has to find the words, which are common also in the organization.
The words in the job resume are very important. They can have similar meanings, but the organization prefers one to another. When the job candidate tends to same words, the assimilation process will get much smoother in the organization. At least, the job candidate was able to dig through the corporate website.
The emotional part of the job resume can be more important than the career track and the experience brought to the organization. The HR Recruiter has to look for the emotional part of the job resume to have a complete overview of the job candidate.
