but here is my line up.
entry level positions I go with
associate referrals
mid - senior level management I use a recruiting sites like dayak, talenhire, bounty. Dayak is the new kid on the block and seems to be a growing community. They all streamline the process and save me precious time, but dayak has is like priceline - so provide a better roi.
