Writing your job resume

The HR Professional reads a lot of job resumes during the career. It cannot be counted in hundreds; it can be counted in thousands of job resumes and thousands of job interviews conducted.

Some time ago a friend of mine asked me to help him to write his professional job resume. He is in the field of Human Resources Management for many years and he asked me to help him to write his own job resume. Why?

He read a lot of excellent job resumes, he was able to make a lot comparison of his personal skills and experience with the real people behind those job resumes and he asked me to help him.

He started to select the best job resumes he saw and started to compile his own dream job resume. As he wanted to reach the level of the perfection, he forgot about the most important thing in the job resume – it has to be about you and it has to show your own personality.

Many times when I saw the job resume, which was really perfect, but it showed no emotions, no real human being.

When you write your job resume, you have to have in mind your own personality, not the nice HR Buzzwords, which can make your job resume very difficult to read and the HR Recruiter unable to find the real human being behind.
