It is not about the personal failure usually, it is about the different personal values and competencies, which are needed for the success in the company.

The other story is about fast growing organization. The fast growing organizations are at the beginning of their corporate life and they offer a lot of vacancies and career opportunities for people accepting a lot of risks in their personal life. The fast growing organization can be out of the business quickly as the quick growth can be finished and when the organization is not stable, it can disappear within several days.
The companies with high turnover can use fast track career as the job marketing trick. The candidates do not ask about the turnover numbers and they do not understand the company culture and the work conditions in the organization.

The job candidates should be always very careful about the fast track career companies. The fast track career is not about the possibilities in the organization, the organization has to be in the condition to offer the fast track career.
