The job candidate has to act professionally, but with the right sense of humor to be shown and interested in people around him or her. No company want to select the job candidate, who is professional, but interested just in work, processes and procedures and leaving the fellows at the job place without any notice.
When you want to win the job, you need to focus on people in the meeting room and you have to show your interest. And you cannot expect to win every single position you choose, as the position can be your dream one, but the people in the organization have a different chemistry.
