What kind of a leader are you?

You can read an article about the leadership style in this article. There is one big misunderstanding in the article about the personality of a leader. The transactional leader is an excellent manager, but the charisma is usually missing.

The real leader does not have to do much for people, just energizing them for the common idea behind and the people will make everything on their own. The experiential leader propose to employees /or any other group of people/ the experience and common idea they trust to and they do everything to reach the goal.

When the goal of the company is reached, the role of the real leader is to find, build and communicate new vision, which can be shared by all the employees to reach. The vision does not have to be revolutionary, but the employees have to believe, the experience they are going through is really the unique experience and they will like to follow the leader.

On the other hand, the manager is a person who manages the job and makes decisions. The leader does not have to make a lot of decision, his or her role is completely different and just very important or difficult decisions are done by them as the group accepts the decision more likely.

When the company looks for a leader, they tend to select the best manager, but the vision is more important as many people are able to organize tasks perfectly, but they have difficulties to build a vision, which is interesting for all.
