Browsing the Internet, I have found a blog article, where you can find a very beatufil example of interviewing the wrong person.

I made a mistake in the job interview many times, when interviewing a person to finance deparment, but the candidate was for the ICT and he was amazed by the specialized know how requested about the Finance and Accounting Area.
