The world is very quick today. The company has to deliver its products and services quicker and quicker and the HRM Function has to react quickly as well. The need of the companies are different – to deliver quality job candidates quickly, almost instantly. The HRM Function needs to build new skills and competencies to select the job candidates quickly and to avoid potential risks in the selection procedure.

The company can be patient to get the right new hire, but the candidates can get a lot of job offers within several days. The quickest company can win the war for talents, not the best one.
